What are your hours for appointments?
We offer appointments from 0930 until 1700 Monday to Friday. There are no appointments on Saturday and the pharmacy is closed on Sundays.
What is the duration of the appointments?
The appointment duration varies depending on the service you require. Flu vaccines, for example only take 15 minutes whereas our aesthetic appointments can last for an hour.
Do I have to pay to book an appointment?
We require a minimum£20 deposit to secure your appointment. This will offset the cost of your chosen service when you are in store. Costs vary by service and are listed in the description before you book.
Help, I can't make my appointment!
Thats not a problem at all, we understand that sometimes life happens to our best laid plans. When using our online appointment booking portal you have the option of setting up a free account to manage, amend or cancel your appointment.
